OK so it's St George's Day and once again I have been reminded of romance and the lack thereof in my life. So I end up down the pub with my blind friend. Now the last few days have been a little shit for me. He was once again playing his "crutch" role. Once again forced to sew my life back together. Let's face it a good hug, a few beers and you can well and truly drown your sorrows.
Anyway somewhat usually we had invited someone else along and she happened to comment on what a good "couple" we make and have we not considered getting back together? Now where have I heard that before.
A love story with so many twists and turns, a disastrous ending. This book if I was to write it would be called De ja vu.

OK so I've taken a few days break while I'm waiting for the French translations to be done. Men, blind men at that. I'm sure he'd retort women, women with CP at that. Went for a drink with him. No romance, just good friends. Been there got the T-shirt. Could write a book about it. In fact I might one day. That would be a page-turner and possible best seller! Meeting up with him tomorrow, so will kick his ass.

Looked up things for competitions and the like to send them to, so that they get some publicity, but nothing so far, they are bordering on full novels rather than short stories, but what's the point in writing if they don't get read. Maybe they are better off as TV scripts? Oh well today is another day and I shall see what it brings.

I've been interested in writing my own novels for ages, but don't have the confidence to get them published. What if they are rejected? I want to try my hand at the crime genre, Someone suggested I blog them? What does everyone else think? Should I take the plunge. So far there are two completed and one in progress.
